CSM Metallurgy develops and manufactures various models of collapsible spools. All prefabricated cylinders can be supplied with different configurations, including slotted cardboard flanges, interchangeable sleeves, clamping devices, and additional sectors for producing coils of varying heights.

The company also produces a wide range of prefabricated rollers. A standard model includes a removable roller that can be opened by unscrewing the central bolt, as well as Z-type rollers equipped with bronze collars. These Z-type rollers are typically used with cardboard strapping, but can also be supplied for use with steel strapping.

All removable rollers are fully machined and dynamically balanced. The wire contact surfaces can be manufactured with 4, 6, or 8 grooves for metal strap placement.

The product range is complemented by handling equipment such as lifts and cantilever systems designed for roll and coil processing, covering a wide variety of operational needs.
