Coil Press is a vertical-axis hydraulic press. The wire basket placed on the press cart is conveyed under the press using a conveyor system.

The wires inside the basket on the press cart are compressed up to a predefined pressure value set via a table connected to the hydraulic pistons.

While under load, the wires are manually strapped at four points to ensure secure binding. Each strap can be rotated by 90 degrees under the basket load after application. Once the strapping process is completed, the wire basket is removed from the press center by the conveyor. With the help of the moving cheek of the press cart, the basket is then tilted from a vertical to a horizontal position, completing the process.
