Galvanized stripping pads are used at the exit of the zinc bath in hot-dip galvanizing lines to remove excess zinc remaining on the wire surface. They are designed with high mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance. The pads do not contain PTFE or PFOA and are impregnated with a special lubricant to ensure stable and efficient operation.

Applications:
The stripping process is specifically designed to achieve commercial-quality wire coating by effectively removing excess zinc during the galvanizing process. The system includes a clamping mechanism that applies pressure to two rectangular pads through which the wire passes.

The wire diameter typically ranges from 0.8 mm to 8.0 mm and includes both high-carbon and low-carbon steel wires. The coating weight generally varies between 50 g/m² and 120 g/m².
